A non-fungible token (NFT) is a unit of data stored on a digital ledger, called a blockchain, that certifies a digital asset to be unique and therefore not interchangeable. NFTs can be used to represent items such as photos, videos, audio, and other types of digital files.In FWENCLUB, NFT refers to the unique ownership of a digital asset on the one hand.It also serves as digital certificates of ownership for physical collectibles in a trading card form. 

We extend the benefits of blockchain technology to the physical world. FWEN Tag bridges up NFC and NFT technology, taking the purchasing experience to the next level. With the use of an encrypted NFC chip embedded in the collectible, we allow anyone to verify the provenance of the asset with just the tap of a smartphone. Each NFC Chip is paired with a unique NFT ID which you can verify with the data on Solana blockchain. Each NFT corresponds to one unique item and stores redacted information on digital ownership, ID serial numbers, item descriptions, and other product information. FWEN Tag is as crucial as the collectible itself, make sure it is attached when you receive the product.

FWENCLUB App allows you to scan on FWEN Tag, hence you can authenticate and claim your ownership.

FWEN ID is a membership and PHYGITAL vault that helps you connect and manage your FWENCLUB assets seamlessly, including but not limited to storage of digital items and redemption of holders’ privileges. It is a bridge between the FWEN Community and FWEN ecosystem.

You must login FWEN Metaverse with FWEN ID for the fantastic virtual art world experience. 

You can connect your wallet to FWEN ID via Metamask or Wallet Connect. It supports most hot and cold wallets in the market. You can connect up to 5 wallets at the moment. 

We read blockchain data only. We do not request any control rights of your wallets. For future events like minting, you may use a burner wallet for higher security. 

You need a valid email address to register FWEN ID. We will combine the existing e-commerce system to FWEN ID in the next phase of development.

Some FWENCLUB's works or FWENCLUB powered products come with a “tap-to-own” NFC Card. It is a certificate tying the physical artwork to a digital token on the blockchain. This “Phygital” art collecting experience enables authentication and tracking of in-real-life (IRL) ownership, simultaneously unleashing digital utilities. Linking the physical art piece to the blockchain also allows collectors to stay connected and receive future information through an exclusive airdrop.

You can make use of "tap-to-own" NFC card for Authentication & Claim Ownership by following steps:

1. Download FWENCLUB App from App Store / Google Play.
2. Tap "tap-to-own" NFC card with the app and check authentication information.
3. Login FWEN ID and press "Claim Ownership" button at authentication page to claim your token on blockchain. You need to pay the gas fee. 
4. You can check your token via FWEN ID and crypto wallet. 

The "tap-to-own" token is exclusively intended for ownership purposes and cannot be listed or sold on any NFT marketplace. Additionally, it cannot be transferred to others by the owner.

If you have come across an unclaimed "tap-to-own" NFC card, you can easily claim its ownership by tapping it with the FWENCLUB app.

However, if the card has already been claimed, you can still press the "Claim Ownership" button and wait until the end of the grace period to claim it. 

• You own the NFT that represents the artwork on the blockchain.
• You can display and share the piece.
• You can exhibit the piece on any platform or in any virtual space. 

• You can’t claim legal ownership, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• You can’t use the artwork in a commercial context.
• You can’t make any changes to the artwork.
• You can’t share the work in a hateful, cruel, or intolerant context.
• You can’t create additional NFTs that represent the same artwork.

We accept PayPal, credit card payment currently while some products accept Cryptocurrency.

You will be able to use Coinbase to checkout when Cryptocurrency is accepted.

Per our Terms of Use, we do not issue any refunds for NFTs. There is no exception to this rule at the moment, including common requests such as accidental purchases, secondary market fluctuation, or discontent about edition numbers.

Import Taxes & Duties - Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at FWENCLUB. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept that the signature of the recipient or collector is evidence of due delivery and fulfilment of your order by FWENCLUB and you will release us from any and all liability with respect to the due and complete performance of your purchase order of products. If your purchase of physical collectible is being refunded under any circumstances, you are required to transfer the NFT back to us before you receive the fund. If you haven’t claimed your ownership in the wallet, you are required to provide us with additional information to prove your identity
